Educators or similar for Sungiusarfik Aaqa Sungiusarfik Aaqa is a nationwide social institution with 4 departments. 3 departments on Adolf Jensensvej with a total of 33 residents and 1 sheltered accommodation Alloriarfik for 15 users. The residents have a diagnosis of schizophrenia. Aaqa is a workplace in development. There are opportunities for supervision, employee development conversations, and relevant courses.
We are looking for an engaged colleague who, as educators or similar, will actively participate in the daily tasks at Aaqa.
Once a year, there is a psychiatric course for all staff lasting 2-3 days. Aaqa has its own conflict management instructors who teach the rest of the staff approximately every 3 months. In addition, some training is arranged by Aaqa.
Educators report to the department head.

Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving, as well as relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
For an applicant with the right documentable competencies, employment as a special consultant, chief consultant, or senior advisor can occur in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Housing
No staff housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to the assigned staff housing is retained. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
