The nursing home is seeking an office assistant or a senior assistant who is passionate about working with administrative tasks to be employed from 01.06.2026 or by agreement.
"DIKP" is the Integrated Municipal Care Scheme, which includes both the Elderly and Care Home, as well as Home Help.
The nursing home is responsible for servicing 30 residents in two separate buildings: the Tower and the Dementia department, as well as home care clients in the city.

Can manage the financial function regarding the residents' pocket money.

Welcome new employees – show them around, order work clothes, hand out name tags, keys, and update the phone list.

Order office supplies, renewal of temporary codes

Create salaries for hourly and monthly paid employees for the payroll office.

Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the collective agreement in force at the time of appointment between the Government of Greenland and the negotiating organization.
Criminal record
This position is subject to the law requiring a criminal record check. According to the law, employment can only begin once the municipality has received a criminal record. We would therefore like to point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the criminal record from the Police.
No one will be able to be assigned staff housing.
