Branch Manager sought for Nuuk Dental Care

We are looking for you who:

• Has an interest in management and a desire to be part of the local management of a branch clinic in Nuuk Dental Care.

We offer

• An exciting and varied job, where you work both as a treating dentist and as the manager of a branch clinic.
• Opportunity to lead the local management of a branch clinic with about 14 employees, including 3 dentists, 1 dental hygienist, and 7-8 dental assistants, helpers, and dental assistant trainees.
• A close and constructive collaboration with the chief district dentist.
• A varied workday, where your tasks range widely from preventive dental care and health-promoting initiatives to dental treatments of very different kinds.
• Responsibility for the daily management and coordination of the staff at the clinic.
• Responsibility for, among other things, ordering supplies, planning and holding branch clinic meetings, and ongoing coordination of the clinic's daily operations.
• Opportunity to influence the clinic's development and workflows and to help ensure a good professional and collegial environment.

About us:

• Nuuk Dental Care employs 9 dentists, 6 dental hygienists, 4 dental technicians, and 20 dental assistants/trainees at a Central Dental Clinic and 2 associated branch clinics.
• We follow a nationwide caries strategy based on children's and youth dental care, and thus you have clear guidelines and procedures to support you.

Housing

Housing will be provided according to the rules applicable in the Greenlandic Health Service at any given time.

Salary and employment

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

If you are not a Nordic citizen, please note that employment is conditional on a valid residence and work permit. A residence and work permit can only be applied for upon agreed employment.
