As the leader of Housing and Transition, you will be responsible for the area's personnel, operations, finances, and development. At the same time, you will be part of the daily task solution and actively contribute to ensuring that the area functions effectively and provides high service to employees and departments across the Greenlandic Health Service.

About us:

Housing and Transition is a service function in the Greenlandic Health Service that handles administration and allocation of housing for employees in Nuuk as well as telephone switching and mail handling at Queen Ingrid's Hospital. The area plays an important role in the daily support of the organization's employees and operations and has a broad contact surface with both internal and external partners. We are a small team of four employees, which is why collaboration, flexibility, and joint task solving are a natural part of everyday life. As a leader, you will have responsibility for daily management, the development of the area, and an active role in daily operations.

Housing

Housing will be allocated according to the rules applicable in the Greenlandic Health Service at any given time.

Salary and employment

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

Citizenship

If you are not a Nordic citizen, please note that employment is conditional on a valid residence and work permit. A residence and work permit can only be applied for upon agreed employment.
