Integrated institution Paarsisor in Ittoqqortoormiit is looking for an educator or similar

Integrated Institution Paarsisor is designed for 30 children aged 0-3 years and 3-6 years. The staffing norm is 9 staff members distributed as follows: Leader, deputy leader, 1 educator, 2 child and social assistants, 3 helpers, and 1 kitchen assistant.

Paarsisor is open from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

The daycare department offers ongoing training tailored to the daycare environment and the leadership team.

Criminal and Child Certificate:

The position is subject to the law requiring the collection of criminal and child certificates. According to the law, employment can only begin once the municipality has received satisfactory criminal and child certificates. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the child certificate from the national police, as well as the criminal certificate from the police.
The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal certificate is obtained by the individual from the police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Government of Greenland, according to the agreement/collective agreement in effect at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

The employment will be subject to a 3-month probation period.

Housing:

Housing can be provided for the position, for which a deposit and rent, utilities, etc. are paid according to the applicable rules for rent payment in the properties of the Government of Greenland and the municipality in Greenland. If permanent staff housing cannot be made available immediately upon commencement, employees entitled to temporary housing will be offered a temporary housing solution, for which rent, utilities, etc. are paid according to the above. The start date is dependent on when a staff housing is available. A relocation travel allowance and moving expenses are provided according to applicable rules.
