We are looking for a travel consultant for Travel Coordination in the Greenlandic Health Service. You must have experience with Amadeus and be ready to arrange travel for patients. The position requires flexibility and the ability to work under pressure in a team of coordinators.

We are looking for a colleague who enjoys working with multiple "flights" in the air.

The department is divided into 4 sections: Surgical -, Medical Patient Coordination, Master Plan Coordination, and Travel Coordination. The department consists of 10 patient coordinators, 2 master plan coordinators, 6 travel coordinators, and a department manager.

If you have experience with travel bookings and thrive in it, you now have the opportunity to be part of a fantastic TEAM.

In collaboration with the patient coordinator, you will ensure to book travel for patients for their upcoming examination or operation.

We are looking for someone who can step in when there is a need for evacuation shifts during holiday periods or in case of illness.

As an evacuation shift worker, you will arrange various patient transports, standing in the middle with many ends that need to come together. Time can be a crucial factor, so it is a huge plus if you have experience in similar situations.

We are looking for you who:

  • Has industry experience and at least 1 year of experience with Amadeus
  • Knows about the infrastructure in Greenland
  • Is service-minded and flexible in your task solving
  • Is a great TEAM PLAYER
  • Logistically well-founded and structured
  • Wants to make a difference and is passionate about ensuring patients professional processes
  • Has a flair for IT
  • Is adaptable and can keep multiple balls in the air

Housing

Housing will be provided according to the rules applicable in the Greenlandic Health Service at any given time.

Salary and employment

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

Citizenship

If you are not a Nordic citizen, please note that employment is conditional on a valid residence and work permit. Residence and work permits can only be applied for upon agreed employment.
