About the position
We are looking for an experienced and outgoing HR profile who thrives on working closely with leaders and employees. You will be an important sparring partner for the organization's leaders and play a central role in our HR administration.
Your tasks will include
Contributing to tasks throughout the employee's journey in the organization.
Advising and sparring with leaders on issues.
Facilitating workshops, presentations, and HR-related meetings.
Contributing to the planning and execution of well-being surveys and APV.
Contributing to the development and improvement of workflows and other processes in HR Admin.
About you
You are an experienced HR consultant who thrives in a daily routine close to the business. You build relationships, advise leaders, and communicate HR in a way that creates value. You are comfortable facilitating workshops, meetings, and presentations and take responsibility for driving your tasks from idea to implementation.
We envision that you:
Have a relevant higher education in HR, organization, or similar.
Have experience from an HR consultant role or equivalent.
Have experience with advising and sparring for leaders.
Are a strong communicator who facilitates workshops and presentations and creates good relationships across the organization.
Work independently, take initiative, and follow tasks through to completion.
