INI is looking for 2 property assistants for their property service office in Nuussuaq. The tasks include resident service, maintenance of buildings, renovation, and snow removal. The position requires experience with practical tasks and a service-minded approach. The application deadline is August 6, 2026.
We are looking for 2 new colleagues for our property service office in Nuussuaq.
You will contribute to providing the very best service to our residents.
In close collaboration with your colleagues, your primary tasks will be resident service and general maintenance of apartments and buildings. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
• Waste management, cleaning, and snow removal in common areas - must expect to operate a loader with a driver's license
• Supervising technical installations
• Performing minor craft tasks
Committed and responsible regardless of the nature of the task
You have experience and skills in solving practical tasks, you are service-minded and have a flexible approach to the work tasks. You are also:
• Both independent and good at collaborating
• Reliable in attendance
• Happy to work outdoors in contact with many people
• It is not a requirement to have a driver's license, but it is an advantage if you do

Salary and employment according to the applicable agreement between the Greenlandic Government and S.I.K. for hourly-paid skilled and unskilled workers. Housing cannot be provided for the position.
