INI A/S is looking for a property assistant in Ilulissat, who will provide service to residents and manage the maintenance of buildings. The position also involves waste management, snow removal, and supervision of technical installations. Good working conditions and a focus on employee development are offered.
You will contribute to providing the very best service to our residents.
In close collaboration with your colleagues, your primary tasks will be resident service and general maintenance of apartments and buildings. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
Renovation, cleaning, and snow removal in common areas
Supervising technical installations
Performing minor craft tasks
Engaged and responsible regardless of the nature of the task
You have experience and skill in solving practical tasks, you are service-minded and have a flexible attitude towards the tasks. You are also:
Both independent and good at collaborating
Reliable
Happy to work outdoors in contact with many people
Preferably in possession of a driver's license, but not a requirement

Salary and employment according to the applicable agreement between the Greenlandic Government and S.I.K. for monthly salaried skilled and unskilled workers. No housing can be provided for the position.
