We are looking for a service-minded call center employee whose main task is to provide all customers with a professional and welcoming experience, and who will also be involved in the transition to a new ERP system with its own customer service module.

About the job:

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Reception of telephone and written inquiries
  • Rotation schedule with duty roster after working hours regarding outage notifications
  • Be involved in developing good routines, streamlining daily operations and systems.
  • Preparation of procedures and guidelines
  • Collaboration with other departments
  • Be part of developing Nukissiorfiit’s identity & image
  • Work according to the company's policy and take the customer's wishes into account.
  • Consular leader for development and efficiency

Your qualifications:

We place great emphasis on you having an office-related background and that you have work experience, so that you can meet our expectations of handling the tasks described in the job.

We expect that you share the same values as us, and that together we will create an effective service-oriented Call Center at Nukissiorfiit.

The job as a Call Center employee involves, among other things, that you:

  • Passionate about providing great service
  • Working to ensure positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
  • Is structured and flexible, service-minded and outgoing.
  • Is action-oriented
  • Is well-articulated in speech as well as in writing – Greenlandic, Danish, and preferably English.
  • You are able to keep a cool head on stressful workdays.
  • Is familiar with IT systems at the user level.

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

The position has a 3-month probation period.

The working hours are based on 40 hours per week.

A staff housing cannot be assigned to the position. If one has been assigned a staff housing through the Greenland Self-Government, one has the opportunity to keep the staff housing.

Commencement: As soon as possible or by agreement.
