The Elderly Care Center in Qaqortoq is seeking a manager for its department. The position will start in March 2026. Do you have a passion for working with the elderly, experience in management, can speak two languages, and are able to work independently and responsibly? Then this position is for you.
The Utoqqaat illuat Ajarsivasik is looking for a manager in the Ivimmi department for the elderly.
ALLAGARSIUTEQQITAQ:
The employment will commence on March 1, 2026, or earlier by agreement.

About Ajarsivasik
The old people's home Ajarsivasik is located in the southern part of the municipality, in Qaqortoq.
The nursing home has three sections, two for regular care and one for special care, totaling 48 places. The special care section has 11 places. The other two sections have 18 and 19 places, respectively.
We live in a home for the elderly, and therefore the three teams work together closely. The staff at the Elderly Home have various qualifications, including health assistants, health helpers, nurses, and many who are untrained.

Health assistant training or equivalent education in health, with management experience.
