We make decisions about compensation when people have been injured or have become ill due to their work. It is a significant responsibility, and we uphold it by creating a balance between efficient case processing and a focus on delivering good customer service.

There can be several paths to the job as a customer advisor, but the most important thing is that you speak and write fluently in Greenlandic and Danish. We envision that you have a relevant education such as a master's degree in language and business, translator and interpreter, or perhaps a bachelor's degree in translation and interpretation from the University of Greenland, and it is a clear advantage if you have experience with written translation.

In addition, you can linguistically immerse yourself in a complex area of law and actively use both languages when translating and communicating with our stakeholders, partners, and clients.

To succeed in the job, it is essential that you can work independently, thrive on continuity, and feel comfortable with the fact that many of your tasks are similar to each other. You ensure a high quality in task execution, and you make sure that deadlines are met and that there is follow-up.

You will be part of the Center for Occupational Injuries Greenland (CFA), which has an office in Nuuk. We are a multicultural workplace consisting of a total of two customer advisors, you as a translator, and a daily office manager. In addition, we have a large support team with colleagues who also work with occupational injury cases, based in Denmark.

We have a wide range of developing and exciting tasks and a very informal tone of communication. We speak Greenlandic and Danish and are a workplace focused on a good working environment.
