At Royal Arctic Line, we work every day to create strong, long-term relationships with our key customers. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be part of the KAM team, where you will receive plenty of training, support, and the opportunity to develop in the role.
Your tasks
You will have a varied everyday life with customer contact and collaboration across the organization. Your tasks will include: Participation in collaboration negotiations Handling inquiries, drafting agreements, and following up on offers and set goals Development of short- and long-term plans for the transportation of customers' freight volumes Planning of the year's activities, including meeting structure, reporting, etc., together with the KAM team Contract management Capacity planning in collaboration with the operations department Preparation of offers and sales
We are looking for you who:
Has experience with or interest in customer service, sales, or logistics Is good at communicating and building relationships Works in a structured manner and has an eye for detail Has good IT skills Can speak Greenlandic and Danish – English is an advantage Has good insight into Greenland and Greenlandic conditions
