SEARCH THIS POSITION Administration for Children and Family

Do you want to work at the intersection of politics, analysis, and practice – and help translate strategic ambitions in the area of children and families into concrete action?

The staff in the Administration for Children and Family is seeking two special consultants with strong analytical skills and a particular focus on writing, project work, and development tasks. Start date is to be agreed upon.

As a special consultant, you will play a central role in qualifying decision-making bases, driving development projects, and ensuring high quality in the administration's written products. You should thrive in a politically governed environment where the pace can be high, and where tasks range from strategic analysis to concrete process support.

The positions involve significant responsibility for ensuring clear, precise, and strategic written communication – both internally and externally – as well as actively contributing to solid and transparent financial management.

Your profile

We are looking for two special consultants who can combine analytical sharpness with strong written communication, solid project understanding, and sound economic insight. You may have different professional profiles, but together you should enhance the overall competencies of the team.

We imagine that you:

Has a relevant social science or administrative master's degree

Has experience from a politically governed organization – preferably in the social sector.

Has in-depth understanding of the child and family area (an advantage, but not a requirement)

Works methodically and analytically with data, economics, and documentation.

Has experience with financial management, budgeting, and budget follow-up.

Can prepare economic analyses and communicate economic issues clearly and in a decision-oriented manner.

We offer

Two central and development-oriented positions with significant influence

A professionally ambitious environment with dedicated colleagues
