HR Consultant

At Permagreen, we are looking for an HR Consultant to develop well-being, culture, and competence development. You will be part of the daily work in the HR department and have a wide range of contacts within the organization. We work with HR operations and development, supporting leaders and employees in personnel administration, recruitment, well-being, and organizational development.

well-being, culture, and competency development. At the same time, you will become part of the HR department's daily

work and gain a broad contact surface in the organization.

 

The HR department at Permagreen Nuuk consists of an HR manager, two HR consultants, and an AU trainee. We

works broadly with both HR operations and organizational development and supports leaders and

employees in total from personnel administration and recruitment to well-being,

competence development and organizational development.

In HR, we work closely together and prioritize professional sparring, collaboration, and a pragmatic approach.

Your tasks

Your tasks will include, among other things:

Development and implementation of initiatives within well-being and retention that

supports good collaboration and a strong working environment across the organization.

Planning and follow-up on well-being surveys and employee interviews,

including translating results into concrete initiatives in collaboration with management.

Competence assessment and development of employees, including planning and

coordination of courses, development activities, and learning processes.

Coordination of recruitment processes in collaboration with managers – from

job postings and candidate dialogue for onboarding new employees.

Development and ongoing improvement of HR processes, including work with HR data.

HR support for managers and employees in daily HR-related questions.

Planning and execution of onboarding processes that ensure a good and

structured onboarding for new employees.

Coordination of work-related travel, including booking flights and communication.

Your profile

We imagine that you:

Has a relevant education in HR, organization, or management

Experience from an HR function, preferably with a focus on well-being, organizational development or

competence development

Works in a structured and independent manner

Has good collaboration skills and thrives in a role with broad contact within the organization.

It is a requirement that you can communicate professionally in Danish and English in both written form.
