Your new workday
As an information officer, you staff the court's reception, where you receive inquiries from the court's users, both citizens and professionals. You become the court's face to the outside world and must, among other things, ensure that users have a good and professional experience. We place great emphasis on treating all inquiries with respect and providing everyone with a comprehensive answer.
For the right applicant, there will be opportunities for light office tasks, such as handling cases.
Your primary tasks are:

Staff the reception and receive phone and physical inquiries from the court's users.

Ensure that the court's internal public areas appear neat and tidy.

Solve a number of practical ad hoc tasks.

Perform light office work.

Prepare, including servicing of, court and meeting rooms.

Possible creation of bankruptcy cases and enforcement cases in the system
The district court consists of about 7 colleagues and is a cozy and informal workplace that handles important cases professionally, but we do not forget that it should also be fun to go to work. The working languages are Greenlandic and Danish, so it will be an advantage, but not a requirement, if you are proficient in both languages.

You can present a clean criminal record.

Employment process
We expect to hold interviews in week 31. For applicants who do not reside in Qaqortoq, there will be an opportunity to participate in a job interview via video conference. The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
Salary and employment conditions
Employment is in accordance with the applicable agreement with SIK or HK/Stat. If you come from a city other than Qaqortoq, we will cover travel expenses and moving costs according to the provisions of the agreement. We can also assist in finding housing, for which you will need to pay rent etc. according to current regulations.
We will, in connection with the hiring process, obtain a criminal record extract with your consent.
