Your tasks...
As an internship and quality coordinator, you will work with internship coordination tasks, internship placement approval, and quality assurance. You will help develop and implement a quality system for the institution and the programs based on international standards. You will need to prepare various analyses and reports as well as provide management support in professional matters. The tasks require that you can work independently, are solution-oriented, and good at meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities are: To manage the approval of internship locations and apprenticeships.

To coordinate and manage the work of providing new internship and apprenticeship opportunities.

To coordinate the school's internship activities, including internship day, participation in tripartite conversations, dialogue processes with companies, etc.

To prepare and continuously follow up on education statistics and basic data.

To prepare needs analyses for new educational programs and competence development courses.

To work on the development and implementation of projects across the organization.

To be the principal's sparring partner on professional matters and projects related to the area.

Ad hoc tasks
You will have daily contact with students, learners, and staff as well as with many different external stakeholders and actors, and we therefore emphasize in the position that you have a positive attitude and thrive on building relationships and networks. We expect you to be able to work systematically with plans and be self-driven in executing them. You will be part of the administrative function and report to the principal.

We wish… You have a relevant education in educational administration or similar, or have equivalent professional experience.

You have an eye for detail and a flair for using digital tools.

You have knowledge of and experience with working on evaluation and review of educational programs.

You have knowledge and experience in quality work in the education sector.

You are goal-oriented, structured, and good at following tasks through to completion.

You are good at collaborating across organizational and professional boundaries.

Good communication and formulation skills in both Greenlandic and Danish are highly valued.

Salary and employment conditions
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in effect at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
For an applicant with the right documentable competencies, employment as a special consultant, chief consultant, or senior advisor can occur in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
Housing
No staff housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to assigned staff housing is retained. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
