The health service in Nuuk is looking for a secretary who can handle paperwork and practical tasks. You will coordinate health service investigations, write in records, order necessary items, and provide support in schools. We offer a versatile workplace with opportunities for development and a good collaborative environment.
Are you good at keeping track of many things at once – and at the same time curious to learn new things and take action where it's needed? – Then you might be the one we are looking for!
The health care service in Nuuk needs a secretary who can keep track of the paperwork – and who is not afraid to get involved with everything that helps the daily routine run smoothly.
We are looking for someone who can do a bit of everything: make appointments, order things, be involved in schools, take initiative – and who enjoys when the tasks are not quite the same every day.
Your tasks can be, for example:
-
Coordination and summons of children and families for health visitor examinations and visits.
-
Write in journals and follow up on various cases.
-
Order things from the depot, the pharmacy, and other places – make sure we have what we need.
-
Help with small practical things – a bit like a junior assistant.
-
Be involved in the schools – both as support and record-keeping.
-
Come up with ideas on how we can do things better and smarter.
We offer:
-
A thorough introduction and training
-
A versatile and independent job with great significance for our daily operations.
-
A small, well-functioning team with good spirits and strong collaboration.
-
A workplace in development – with room for your ideas and input
We are looking for you who
-
Has a relevant office education
-
Is happy for children
-
Thrives in a varied everyday life and is eager to take initiative.
-
Is practical and enjoys "piccoline" tasks such as ordering and small purchases.
-
Has good collaboration skills and can work independently.
-
A stable and positive driving force in everyday life
-
Is flexible and maintains an overview when things are busy.
-
Mastery of Greenlandic and Danish – both in writing and speech
-
There can be interpreters as needed.
