About the position
Organizationally, you are placed in this commercial department and report to the Cargo Sales Manager.
You will have the overall responsibility for ensuring safe and efficient customer handling of our air freight throughout the process from cargo booking to delivery. You will act as a link between customers, ground handling partners, and internal departments at Air Greenland.
The position consists of both personnel management as well as operational and planning tasks, and you lead the Customer Support team with 2 employees.
Your main tasks

Responsibility for booking, cargo planning, and capacity management

Coordination with action agents, line stations, and other partners.

Customer and agent contact, including support, tracing, claims, and complaints

System and process responsibility for cargo production systems

Economic follow-up and ensuring correct invoicing

Staff management, sparring, and contribution to business development

Has experience in management and logistics – preferably air freight forwarder

Has strong system and process understanding

Works in a structured manner and thrives in a hectic operational everyday life.

Is customer-oriented and communicative in Greenlandic, Danish, and English.

Compensation will be in accordance with the requirements of the position on individual terms.
