Travel Consultant for Travel Coordination at DIH

The department is divided into 4 sections: Surgical, Medical Patient Coordination, Master Plan Coordination, and Travel Coordination. The department consists of 10 patient coordinators, 2 master plan coordinators, 6 travel coordinators, and a department head.

If you have experience with travel bookings and enjoy it, you now have the opportunity to be part of a fantastic TEAM. In collaboration with the patient coordinator, you will ensure to book travel for patients for their upcoming examination or surgery.

We are looking for someone who can step in when there is a need for evacuation guards during holiday periods or in case of illness. As an evacuation guard, you will need to arrange various patient transports, standing in the middle with many ends that need to come together. Time can be a crucial factor, so it is a huge plus if you have experience in similar situations.

• Has industry experience and at least 1 year of experience with Amadeus
• Familiar with infrastructure in Greenland

Housing is allocated according to the rules applicable in the Greenlandic Health Service at any given time.

Salary and employment

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving, as well as relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

If you are not a Nordic citizen, please note that employment is conditional upon a valid residence and work permit. A residence and work permit can only be applied for upon agreed employment.
