Manager for the Integrated Institution Timmiaaqqat in Nuuk

Are you passionate about leadership and enhancing children's lives? The integrated institution Timmiaaqqat accommodates 100 children aged 0-6 years, distributed across 7 rooms. Located in Nuuk, it comprises a staff team of 25, including the manager. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We prioritize a cohesive and secure daily environment with positive relationships for the children. As a manager, you are expected to help shape the framework and support the institution's goals. According to the law, employment can only commence once the municipality has received satisfactory criminal and child records. Therefore, the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the child record from the national police and the criminal record from the police. The child record is obtained by the municipality with the individual's consent, while the criminal record is obtained by the individual from the police. Salary and Employment Terms: Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the current agreement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization at the time of employment.
