The integrated institution Puiaq in Nuuk is seeking a leader to create a safe everyday life for 64 children aged 0-6 years. The institution has 15 employees, and the leader must support the institution's goals and pedagogical methods. Applicants should be trained educators with good collaboration skills.

The integrated institution Puiaq has space for 64 children aged 0 – 6 years, distributed across 4 rooms. The institution is located in Nuuk and consists of a staff team of 15 employees, including the manager.
It is important for us that the children experience a coherent and safe everyday life with positive relationships. Therefore, we expect you, as a leader, to help create the framework and support the institution's goals.

Has good collaboration skills and can maintain an overview.
Can participate in pedagogical sparring and collaboration with other leaders in the daycare institutions.
Has knowledge of operating IT/computer
Can be part of the administrative and financial management work.
Criminal and Child Certificate:
The position is covered by the law on the obligation to obtain criminal and child certificates. According to the law, employment can only begin once the municipality has received satisfactory criminal and child certificates. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the child certificate from the National Police as well as the criminal record from the Police.
The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal record is obtained by the individual from the Police.
Salary and employment conditions:
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Government of Greenland, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of appointment between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
The employment will be subject to a 3-month probation period.
Housing:
No staff accommodation can be provided for the position.
