About Ajarsivasik
Ajarsivasik is a modern nursing and care home with 48 residents divided into three departments:

A department for more self-sufficient residents
You will have management responsibility for the entire house, including three team leaders and a well-functioning kitchen led by a housekeeper. As a leader, you will play a central role in ensuring quality, well-being, and development – for residents, relatives, and employees alike.
Your main tasks

Ensure quality and consistency in the operation of Ajarsivasik

Lead, motivate, and develop employees in a multidisciplinary environment.

Develop professionalism in the field of elderly care and dementia.

Ensure compliance with political decisions and economic frameworks

Engage in close collaboration with the municipality's other nursing home managers and health professional coordinators.

Has an education as a nurse

Has extensive experience in the field of elderly care and disability.

Salary and employment conditions
Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Housing may be provided against personal payment according to current regulations. The municipality covers expenses for travel and moving costs in accordance with the applicable provisions.

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the agreements in force at any given time between the Greenland Home Rule and the relevant negotiating organization.
From abroad, housing can be made available, for which a deposit and rent are paid according to the applicable rules at any given time, as well as free travel for relocation and moving expenses - and after at least 3 years of employment - travel and moving expenses upon termination according to applicable rules.
