Stilling som Assistent i Kulusuk med ansvar for daglig Borgerservice i Tasiilaq. Arbejdstiden er fra mandag til fredag kl. 08:00-16:00. Opgaver inkluderer sagsbehandling, arkivering, koordinering mellem kommunen, bygdebestyrelsen og borgere samt administrative opgaver.

Stilling som Assistent i Kulusuk opslås med tiltrædelse pr. 1. februar 2026, eller efter aftale.

Assistent i Kulusuk hører under til daglig Borgerservice i Tasiilaq. Arbejdstiden er fra mandag til fredag, fra kl. 08:00- til 16:00.

Kontormedhjælper ansvar:

  • Servicerer afdelingen til daglig
  • Sikre sagsbehandling af borgerhenvendelser, og servicerer andre afdelinger herunder Bygdebestyrelsen
  • Arbejde med sociale ydelser og videresendelse
  • Opgørelse af timeindberetninger og videresendelse
  • Arkivering
  • Hjælpe borgerne med at bruge selvbetjening til Sullissivik
  • Viderebringelse af meddelelser til opslag
  • Ansøgninger til Iserit og viderefremsendelse
  • Samarbejde med Børne og Familie Center
  • Andre ansøgninger og behandling af disse, herunder viderefremsendelse
  • Andre opgaver der vedrører borgere
  • Admistrative opgaver hermed driftsbudgetter
  • Koordinering mellem kommunen, bygdebestyrelsen og borgere
  • Ad hoc opgaver

Vi forventer af dig:

  • Arbejder selvstændig og alsidig
  • Ryddelig
  • Nem at samarbejde med og er udadvendt
  • Er dobbelt sproget på grønlandsk og dansk er en fordel, men ikke et krav

Straffeattest:

Denne stilling er omfattet af lov om pligt til at indhente straffeattest. I henhold til loven kan ansættelsen først begynde, når kommunen har modtaget en straffeattest. Vi skal derfor gøre opmærksom på, at tiltrædelsestidspunktet først kan aftales, når kommunen har modtaget straffeattesten fra Politiet.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår:

Løn- og ansættelsesforhold sker i henhold til gældende overenskomst mellem Grønlands Selvstyre, i henhold til den på tiltrædelsestidspunktet gældende aftale/overenskomst mellem Grønlands Selvstyre og pågældende forhandlingsberettigede organisation.

Ansættelsen vil ske med 3 måneders prøvetid.

Bolig:

Der kan ikke anvises personalebolig til stillingen.
