Tusass is looking for two business supporters for a new role in the Customer Center in Nuuk. The position combines customer service, order processing, and 1st line support. You will be the first point of contact for business customers and ensure proper handling of inquiries. Experience in customer service and technical understanding is an advantage.

Tusass is in the process of strengthening our business services and is establishing a new function, Business Support, in the Customer Center in Nuuk, where we are looking for 2 business supporters.

About the position

You will be part of the Business Support team at Tusass' store in the city center and will serve as the first point of contact for business customers.

The position combines customer service, order processing, and 1st line support, and you will be responsible for ensuring the correct and timely handling of customer inquiries – either by solving the task yourself or by coordinating further internally within the organization.

You will be well-prepared through a training program.

Your work tasks

Respond to inquiries from business customers via phone and email.
Creation and changes of mobile subscriptions, mobile internet, and DSL connections
Management of downtimes and handovers
Preliminary troubleshooting and handling of simple technical issues
Coordination with the technical department and business sales
Ad hoc tasks as directed by the manager

Your profile

Experience with customer service and administrative tasks
Structured with a focus on quality
Technical understanding and interest in IT/telecom
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Experience with systems is an advantage.
Clear and professional communication
Independent and responsible
Solution-oriented and flexible
Good at collaboration
Maintains an overview in busy situations
Greenlandic, Danish, and English
