Ajarsivasik is looking for four or more trained healthcare assistants for the Elderly Home in Ajarsivasik. The position starts on March 1, 2026, or by agreement. Ajarsivasik is a home for the elderly with a capacity of 48 residents, divided into three sections: two care units and one dementia unit. We are an innovative and open-minded care home aiming to enhance the lives of the elderly. The team includes two nurses, healthcare assistants, and several untrained staff, all working together to support the 48 residents. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexible shifts, alternating weekends off, and on-call duties. Responsibilities include basic care, preventive initiatives for resident well-being, organizing activities, and collaborating with families. The role involves working closely with colleagues and the department manager. Applicants should have relevant healthcare training, be reliable, responsible, and respectful towards residents.
