We are looking for a friendly and service-minded Customer Supporter for our team in Nuuk.
Our customer support plays an important role at Royal Arctic Line – we ensure that our customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service.

About us
We are the customers' first contact with Royal Arctic Line – and we ensure that every single shipment goes as it should.
We help private customers all over Greenland with booking, guidance, and freight, and we do it with a smile.
Your main tasks will be to:

Book cargo and assist customers

Guided on shipping, regulations, prices, and transport options.

Handle invoices and ensure proper documentation
-
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Perform calculation of freight

Contribute to a positive and professional customer service
We are looking for a colleague who is friendly, responsible, and enjoys helping others.
You may have experience from customer service, office work, retail, transportation, or similar – but most importantly, you have the desire to learn and make a difference for our customers.
We are looking for a colleague who:

Is service-minded

Can work independently and maintain an overview, even when it is busy.

Has control over details and works in a structured manner.

Has IT knowledge at the user level

Can communicate in Greenlandic and Danish – English is a plus.
