We are looking for a committed and independent distributor who can achieve strong results together with their team while also being a visible leader in the community of Maniitsoq.

About the job

As a distributor, you will be responsible for the store's daily operations, employees, and results. You will become a central figure in the local community and have the opportunity to influence both the store's development and the customer experience.

About the store

The main store has about 30 employees and about 10 employees in the branch Brugseneeraq Annertusoq. With a total sales area of approximately 1000 m2 spread over two floors, the main store serves as a lifeline in Maniitsoq. The store has many customers who live nearby, and since it is the largest grocery provider in the city, there are good sales opportunities.

Your main tasks are to:

• Ensure that the store operates well and delivers good results.
• Lead and develop your leaders and employees in everyday life.
• Build a strong leadership team and foster collaboration across the board.
• Plan and optimize sales activities in collaboration with your sales manager and the commercial department.
• Create good customer experiences and local anchoring
• Collaboration with local councils (BIS) and other local partners

You have experience in retail and management and can achieve results through others.
