Create the strategy for Greenland's largest company
Help shape the future of Greenland
Royal Greenland is Greenland's largest company and one of the world's leading players in sustainable fishing and seafood processing. We are deeply rooted in the Greenlandic community and play a central role in both employment, export, and community development.
Based on our new business strategy INUA 27, we have set an ambitious direction for the coming years, focusing on sustainable growth, value creation, effective execution, and responsible utilization of ocean resources. Our strategy is not only about business but also about creating long-term value for Greenland and the local communities we are a part of.
Strategy Consultant
Are you motivated by working closely with the CEO and top management when the task is to ensure a solid decision-making basis and well-prepared presentations?
Do you thrive in a role where strategic analysis and execution go hand in hand with structured preparation for EMT and board meetings?
And can you see yourself using your analytical and relational skills in an international company based in the Arctic?
Then this could be your next career opportunity.
About the job
As a Strategy Consultant, you will have a broad and trust-based role with close collaboration with the CEO, Executive Management Team (EMT), and the board. The position encompasses both classic strategic work and a significant degree of ongoing support to top management, where quality, structure, and timing are crucial.
Your tasks will include, among other things:
Support for the execution of INUA 27 across the organization
· Preparation of strategic analyses, decision proposals, and business cases
Preparation of presentations, materials, and speeches for board and EMT meetings
· Continuous sparring and ad hoc support for the CEO and EMT in connection with strategic and business issues.
· Contribution to the assessment of new initiatives, investments, and development opportunities
The role therefore requires that you thrive in both the big picture and the detail-oriented work that ensures that decision-making bases and presentations are sharp, well-prepared, and ready for use.
The job gives you unique insight into and access to the decision-making processes of Greenland's largest company. In return, it requires that you are motivated by creating value through solid preparation, professional execution, and close collaboration with top management, even when the tasks are demanding, time-critical, or less "glamorous."
You will be part of the strategy department and report to the head of Strategy, Nicolai Rode Jørgensen.
About you
We imagine that you are analytically strong, structured, and thrive in an environment with high complexity and many stakeholders. At the same time, you have a pragmatic approach and are able to translate analyses into concrete recommendations and actions.

· Experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint
Can collaborate effectively across disciplines, cultures, and management levels.
Is results-oriented and motivated by delivering solutions beyond expectations.
· Is empathetic, builds trust, and contributes good energy to the collaboration
· Is fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken – knowledge of Greenlandic would be an advantage
