We are looking for you who have the desire and ability to take on the position of HR consultant. You, who always strive to provide good and competent service. You can do this because it comes naturally to you, and because you utilize your experience and knowledge.
And we are also looking for you who can stand firm when the wind blows!

For this, we are looking for you who always strive to provide good and competent service. For you, it comes naturally to coordinate and service our leaders and employees.
As part of the onboarding process, you will ensure that new employees in the Health Service get a good start. Among other things, you will be responsible for booking travel, housing, and moving goods, where the employee is entitled to it.
In addition, you will work with personnel case processing, including the preparation of employment contracts in Mindkey and other personnel-related documents as well as entering salaries, allowances, and terminations.
You will be an important contact point for employees throughout the employment process, and therefore it is important that you have a strong service mindset and thrive with administrative and coordinating HR tasks.
We offer
- Opportunity to influence workflows, as the team is newly assembled and "best practice" for the workflows is in process
- Both operational and development tasks
- A workday with diverse tasks, where you feel the busyness in a dynamic organization that works hard at all levels to provide good health service to patients and citizens.
We expect that you
- Can see yourself in a role where the employee is at the center of your daily workflow
- Find motivation in both operational and development tasks
- Can coordinate and support HR processes in collaboration with our Area and Regional Management
- Are outgoing and proactive, whether it is on the phone, teams, or emails
- Preferably have 1-3 years of experience from similar positions, but recent graduates can also apply
- Are diplomatic, structured, and service-minded
- Have a flair for IT systems, preferably experience with Mindkey
- You master Danish and preferably Greenlandic in writing and speech, though not a requirement.
We do not expect you to know everything, but you have a general knowledge of and experience with how a coordinating function works.
