In Citizen Service, we meet people in all phases of life. From a child's first registration to name changes, relocations, marriages, and many other events that are significant for each individual citizen.

We are often the citizens' first encounter with the municipality. Therefore, our work is not just about processing cases, but also about creating security, showing understanding, and ensuring that citizens feel well assisted.

What will your everyday life be like?

As a consultant with us, you will have a varied workday where you work both independently and together with skilled colleagues.

You will, among other things, get to:

·Help and guide citizens with various questions and inquiries

·Process administrative cases within the many areas of work of Citizen Service

·Assist citizens in using digital self-service solutions

·Ensure correct, respectful, and efficient case processing

·Collaborate with colleagues and other departments in the municipality

·Contribute ideas on how we can make our service even better

Criminal record:

This position is subject to the law on the obligation to obtain a criminal record. According to the law, employment can only begin once the municipality has received a criminal record. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received the criminal record from the Police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Greenland Self-Government, according to the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Greenland Self-Government and the relevant negotiating organization.

The employment will be subject to a 3-month probation period.

Housing:

No staff housing can be provided for the position.
