Greenland's High Court is seeking a management and project coordinator for a newly created position. You will play a central role in coordinating tasks, following up on management decisions, and ensuring progress within the organization. The position offers great independence and opportunities for professional development.
Do you want to contribute to a high degree of legal certainty by helping to create an overview, keep processes on track, and assist management in getting things done?
We are looking for a management and project coordinator for a newly created position in the Greenlandic High Court. You will be a central employee with a broad administrative portfolio and an important role as an assistant to the two leaders of the High Court.
The position is for you who thrive on creating structure, coordinating tasks, following up on agreements, and ensuring progress. You are motivated by being close to the decision-making processes and contributing to turning good ideas and decisions into action.
You will have great independence in task resolution, a broad interface in the organization, and the opportunity to make your mark on a new role.
Your tasks
As a management and project coordinator, you will be a trusted sparring and support function for the management of the High Court. You will help ensure that management's initiatives, projects, and administrative tasks are followed through.
Your tasks will include:
· personal assistant to the top management of the High Court
· coordination and follow-up on management decisions and initiatives
· planning and preparation of meetings, including drafting agendas and following up on decisions
· coordination and support of internal projects
· handling of administrative inquiries
· preparation of notes, presentations, and decision proposals
· contribution to budget follow-up and other financial administrative tasks
· development and maintenance of administrative processes and workflows
· ongoing follow-up on tasks and deadlines across the organization.
You will not have personnel responsibility and will not make decisions. Instead, you will have a central role in ensuring progress, coordination, and coherence across the organization.
About you
You are a person who naturally creates structure and overview around you. You thrive on coordinating processes, following up on agreements, and ensuring that tasks are completed. It comes naturally to you to take initiative, and you are motivated by getting collaboration and workflows to function smoothly across the organization.
You have experience with administrative and coordinating tasks and find it exciting to work closely with management. At the same time, you are independent in your task resolution and can prioritize when there are many tasks going on at once.
Your educational background is not crucial. You may already have experience supporting or coordinating projects, and you communicate clearly and professionally both orally and in writing and have a collaborative approach to your work. Finally, you have a flair for numbers and financial issues and a desire to contribute to the administrative processes that support the organization's operations and development.
We offer
With us, you get:
· a newly created position with the opportunity to shape content and working methods yourself
· a unique position close to management and the organization's central decision-making processes
· great independence and variation in tasks
· the opportunity to work with both management support, project coordination, and administration
· good opportunities for professional development
· an informal and engaged working environment with skilled colleagues.
