Do you want to work closely with leaders and employees and create good frameworks throughout the employee journey?

We are looking for an HR consultant who is eager for a role where operations, collaboration, and development go hand in hand.

At Royal Arctic Line, you will become part of our team at the headquarters in Nuuk. Here, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in practice, collaborate with leaders and employees, and help develop the processes that make everyday life function.

About the job

As an HR consultant, you will have a varied everyday life and an important role in our HR administration.

You will be part of a team with two HR development consultants, two HR consultants, a trainee, and a team leader. We work closely together and use our different areas of expertise for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own tasks, while always having a professional team around you for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Your tasks will include:

• contributing to tasks throughout the employee journey

• advising and collaborating with leaders across the organization

• facilitating workshops, meetings, and presentations

• contributing to the planning and execution of employee satisfaction surveys and APV

• helping to develop and improve workflows and processes

• collaborating with colleagues to ensure a professional and well-functioning HR administration

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a good foundation in HR and thrive on working closely with others.

The most important thing for us is that you are curious about people and organizations and are eager to take responsibility.

We imagine that you:

• have experience in HR, personnel management, or a similar role

• have experience with or a desire to develop in advising and collaborating with leaders

• take initiative and follow through on your tasks

• have experience with the HR system Mindkey.

If you have not worked with all areas previously, it should not necessarily prevent you from applying. For us, your overall experience, motivation, and desire to develop in the role are the most important.
