Daycare Dr. Ingrid is looking for an engaged social helper who wants to work with children.

∙It will be an advantage if you are bilingual Greenlandic Danish, but it is not a requirement

About the institution:

The daycare has space for 40 children aged 3 - 6 years distributed in two rooms.

There are three skilled pedagogical employees in all rooms. There is also a manager and an assistant manager as well as a kitchen manager and a floating educator.

Daycare Dr. Ingrid is open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00.

Criminal record and child certificate:

This position is subject to the law on the obligation to obtain a criminal record and child certificate. According to the law, employment can only take place once the municipality has received a satisfactory criminal record and child certificate. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon once the municipality has received a clean child certificate from the National Police as well as a clean criminal record from the police.

The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal record is obtained by the individual from the police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Government of Greenland or another relevant negotiating organization in Greenland.

Employment will only take place after a 3-month probation period.

Housing:

No staff housing can be provided for the position.
