Dentist sought for Nuuk dental care from January 2027

We are looking for you, who:

• Is either a dentist with the right to independent practice
• Is interested in both children's/youth and adult dental care

We offer

• A temporary position for 3 months, but duration can be agreed individually for dentists with the right to independent practice. For cand. odonter, a minimum employment of 6 months is desired
• Close collaboration with the other staff
• There is an opportunity for professional sparring with colleagues. The clinic is fully digitalized and up-to-date
• Children's/youth and adult dental care. As a dentist in Nuuk, you meet and treat people of all ages, from the smallest toddlers to the oldest citizens. Your tasks range widely from preventive efforts to dental treatments of very varying nature

About us:

• At Nuuk Dental Care, 9 dentists, 6 dental hygienists, 4 dental technicians, and 20 clinic assistants/students work at a Central Dental Clinic and 2 associated branch clinics
• We follow a nationwide caries strategy based on children's and youth dental care, and thus you have some clear guidelines and procedures to support you

Housing will be provided according to the rules applicable in the Greenlandic Health Service at any given time.

Salary and employment

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

If you are not a Nordic citizen, please note that employment is conditional on a valid residence and work permit. Residence and work permits can only be applied for upon agreed employment.
