Who are we?

The Quality Assurance Department is a new department that will investigate the entire Municipality of Sermersooq – where quality and development will be prioritized in the investigation. Right now, there are 3 engaged employees working in the areas: Public assistance, job search benefits, early retirement, and old-age pension.

The tasks

As an employee with us, you will have the opportunity to develop – and contribute to the development of the department. The tasks include, among others:

·Investigation of quality, which includes, among others: Case processing and advice within public assistance, job search benefits, early retirement, old-age pension. The mentioned points apply at the Municipality of Sermersooq

·Administrative tasks related to case processing

·Participation in development tasks and improvements of workflows

·Ad hoc tasks where you can put your stamp on the solutions

We expect that you:

We are looking for an experienced and active employee who can perform the following:

·You are educated TNI or similar.

·Have experience with several systems

·Can carry out calculations

·Are curious, cooperative, and ready to take responsibility

·Can communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

·Thrive in a daily life where it can be busy, but where we help each other

·Are positive, welcoming, and structured

·It will be an advantage if the applicant is bilingual Greenlandic Danish, but it is not a requirement.

·It will be an advantage if you have experience in case processing in the area and preferably flair for IT (Getorganized, AX prism, and winformatik), but it is not a requirement.

Criminal record:

This position is covered by the law on the obligation to obtain a criminal record. According to the law, employment can only begin when the municipality has received a criminal record. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon when the municipality has received the criminal record from the Police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable agreement between the Government of Greenland, according to the agreement/collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

The employment will be subject to a 3-month probation period.

Housing:

No staff housing can be provided for the position.
