Then you are the one we are looking for to join our therapy!

The therapy covers the entire Region Disko with about 6000 people, of which about 3000 live in Aasiaat and the rest in smaller towns and settlements. You will be responsible for the citizens outside of Aasiaat. This means you will be responsible for physiotherapy for all citizens in the smaller towns and settlements in the region.

We are looking for an independent physiotherapist, with broad knowledge and experience, and/or the courage to acquire the necessary knowledge for our therapy team at Aasiaat hospital. The position also involves close collaboration with the staff in our inpatient department, particularly regarding hospitalized patients for rehabilitation, and aids for the region's citizens.

The position is broad and you will be responsible for patients with many different diseases and conditions; Rehabilitation of both adults and children, distribution and adjustment of aids, lifestyle patients, group training, telemedicine – both inpatient and outpatient patients.

There is an opportunity to travel to the region's larger towns 1-2 times a year, if deemed necessary.

• Working hours from 08:00 – 16:00, you should expect to travel around to the town's settlements and small towns during periods in spring / autumn.

• Enjoy working independently, and covering the whole person.
• Can work with your colleagues and patients at a distance.
• Can and will organize your workday, and patients around the region.
• Has a great curiosity and knowledge. Good organizational talent.
• Maybe can speak Greenlandic (there are interpreters available at the workplace)

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
