Chief Financial Officer for INI A/S

Become part of the management team in Greenland's largest housing administration company

INI A/S is Greenland's largest housing administration company responsible for the administration and development of a large part of Greenland's public rental housing. Our work has significant importance for citizens and local communities throughout Greenland.

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be part of the management team and a close sparring partner for the CEO. You will be responsible for the company's overall economy, financial management, IT, as well as the continued development of the company's financial management, digital solutions, and business processes.

We are looking for an experienced leader with solid expertise in financial management, leadership, and business development, who understands the Greenlandic society and the role that INI plays as Greenland's largest housing administration company.

The position is located at the headquarters in Sisimiut and reports directly to the CEO.

INI A/S manages and develops a large part of Greenland's public rental housing on behalf of the Self-Government and municipalities. The Position

As the Chief Financial Officer, you have the overall responsibility for the finance department and become a visible and present leader who creates direction and development for the department's leaders and employees. You are an active part of the company's daily management and contribute to ensuring that finance, IT, and administrative processes support the company's strategic goals and continued development.

You ensure professional financial management and high quality in the company's financial reporting, while also working on development, digitization, and optimization of workflows. You thrive with both strategic and operational tasks and are motivated by creating results through close collaboration with employees, management, and external partners.

As part of your leadership responsibility, you have personnel responsibility for the ERP project manager and the overall responsibility for the company's IT area, including system operations, information security, and digital development.

Your main areas of responsibility include among others

• leadership and development of the finance department

• financial management, accounting, and financial reporting

• budgeting and financial follow-up

• controlling, liquidity management, and capital management

• management of the accounting function as well as the creditor and debtor functions

• responsibility for housing support administration

• responsibility for collections and financial advice

• development of financial management tools and management reporting

• development and optimization of business processes

• collaboration with banks, asset managers, insurance companies, the Self-Government, and municipalities

• reporting to the management and board

The position also involves an important role in the overall management of the company and effectively acts as the deputy for the CEO.

You are an experienced leader with a strong financial background and a natural interest in developing both people, processes, and business. You work strategically but also thrive being close to the daily operations and the decisions that create value for the company.

• Have a relevant higher education in finance

• Have several years of experience from a similar leadership position

• Have solid experience with financial management, accounting, budgets, and financial reporting

• Have strong analytical skills and a strategic perspective

• Have documented experience with leadership and development of employees and organization

• Have experience with IT, digitization, and project management

• Work structured and translate analyses into action

• Have an understanding of the Greenlandic society and the role that INI has as Greenland's largest housing administration company

• We prefer a bilingual candidate who masters both Greenlandic and Danish
