Caterer/kitchen assistant

The company opened in early February 2026 with a menu consisting of Thai dishes for serving in our newly decorated restaurant or for take-away.

As this is a newly created position in a relatively newly started company, it is crucial for our future employee that there is good chemistry and understanding between the head chef, the assistant cook, and other staff, and that the agreed task distribution is adhered to.

The caterer/kitchen assistant's main tasks will consist of:

Assisting the head chef in the daily operation of the kitchen, including customer service, preparation, clearing, and cleaning,

In collaboration with the director, head chef, and daily manager to develop the company's menu, so that the Thai food tradition is expressed in the produced products.

Ensuring compliance with the applicable recommendations and requirements from the food authority and other public entities at all times.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions will follow “Greenland's Business Advisory salary and employment conditions for hotels and restaurants”.

Working hours are 96 hours per 14 days including breaks, according to the employment conditions.

Due to the responsibilities of the position, it is expected to work at staggered times.

The position includes 1 free meal on workdays, which is taxed according to applicable rules.

Accommodation:

The company can provide accommodation with access to a kitchen and bathroom. Payment for this is made according to applicable tax rules.

Language:

As the company's head chef and several partners are Thai/foreigners, it is a requirement that English and/or Thai is mastered at a reasonable level.
