Drift Manager (COPY)

We are in the process of preparing for Sarfaarsuit Center, we are looking forward to it and need an Operations Manager for the Center.

Do you want to help ensure strong results, efficient operations, and great customer experiences across Pisiffik's stores? As an operations manager in a staff function, you are a central partner for the sales manager and the local management team.

We are looking for an engaged operations manager who can lead, develop, and support our store managers and ensure that the stores meet Pisiffik's high standards in operations, sales, and customer service.

Your responsibilities

• Support the sales manager's operational responsibilities with data, analysis, and operational sparring
• Ensure consistency in operations and processes across stores
• Coordinate and implement operational initiatives and campaigns
• Contribute to planning, follow-up, and execution of KPIs and action plans
• Responsible for optimizing inventory, staffing, and store routines
• Participate in the development and implementation of new operational concepts

We expect you to

• Have experience in management within retail
• Be results-oriented and motivated by creating development
• Have a good understanding of operations, finance, and sales
