We are looking for skilled, dedicated, and caring healthcare assistants to start as soon as possible.

About the ward
The ward at the Regional Hospital in Qaqortoq has 21 beds and receives patients of all ages – from newborns to the elderly. This provides an exciting and varied everyday life with good opportunities for both professional and personal development.
Your tasks
As a healthcare assistant, you will primarily be assigned to the ward and participate in rotating shifts. Together with the other staff in the department, you will handle the daily patient-related tasks and contribute to a safe and professional patient journey.
In the day shifts, you work closely with nurses and assistants. In the night shifts, you will be part of a team with one assistant. In the evening and night shifts, you will also participate in the emergency room function.
The weekly working hours in Greenland are 40 hours.

Housing will be provided according to the rules applicable in the Greenlandic healthcare system at any given time.
Salary and employment
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement in force at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
Citizenship
If you are not a Nordic citizen, please note that employment is conditional on a valid residence and work permit. Residence and work permits can only be applied for upon agreed employment.
