• Has a relevant education in economics, administration, or similar.
• Has documented experience in personnel management and acts as a visible leader who can support employees with both professional and personal issues.
• Has experience in process management and implementation of strategies.
• Can work structured with both short- and long-term goals, maintain an overview, and delegate tasks.
• Possesses strong communication skills in writing and speech.

About us:

Allorfik is a unit under Greenland's Health Service, SHV, for substance abuse treatment and also has a responsibility for early intervention for pregnant families. Allorfik consists of a national knowledge center in Nuuk and 5 decentralized treatment centers in the country's 5 municipalities. We also cover the area of gambling addiction and continuously expand our offerings to include children and youth. Likewise, Allorfik collaborates with a private provider to offer citizens alternative treatment pathways.

Your tasks

As deputy chef, you will have overall responsibility for the administrative and financial management in close collaboration with Allorfik's other management. Your tasks will include:

• Personnel management: Handle daily personnel management in collaboration with the center manager and the Personnel Department in SHV.
• Organizational support: Assist the local treatment centers in their treatment work, including developing effective business processes and work procedures.
• Financial management: Ensure budgeting, budget follow-up, and general financial management in collaboration with the Finance Department.
• Collaboration and networking: Maintain contact with external partners, including private treatment providers, municipal authorities, and professional working groups.
• Data and analysis: Assist with the collection and analysis of data for use in the Greenlandic National Substance Abuse Treatment Database as well as referral and treatment processes.
• Activities and communication: Assist in planning conferences, workshops, and training courses.

Salary and employment

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and moving expenses, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

If you are not a Nordic citizen, please note that employment is conditional on a valid residence and work permit. A residence and work permit can only be applied for upon agreed employment.
