The daycare institution Puiaq is looking for 4 employees who are educated in the social field, such as social worker, social assistant, pedagogical assistant or who are interested and engaged in the work

About the daycare institution:

Puiaq is an integrated daycare institution, Puiaq is located in the city and not far from the beach, and is situated between large buildings, with access to nature, where children have the opportunity to move, the daycare institution was opened in 2005.

It is normed for 64 children.

The building is an apartment house, distributed over four rooms. Two rooms in the kindergarten with 24 children, two rooms in the nursery with 20 children. And 15 employees.

Criminal and Child Certificate:

The position is covered by the law on the obligation to obtain a criminal and child certificate. According to the law, employment can only begin when the municipality has received a satisfactory criminal and child certificate. We must therefore point out that the start date can only be agreed upon when the municipality has received the child certificate from the National Police as well as the criminal certificate from the Police.

The child certificate is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual, while the criminal certificate is obtained by the individual from the Police.

Salary and employment conditions:

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Government of Greenland, according to the agreement/collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

The employment will be with a 3-month probation period.

Housing: No staff housing can be provided for the position.
