Project Coordinator – Project Future EPJ System
Do you want to be the one who creates structure and progress in one of the largest implementation projects of the Greenlandic Health Service?
The Greenlandic Health Service is looking for a project coordinator for the secretariat of the Project Future EPJ System.
As a project coordinator, you will be a central part of the project team and play an important role in the daily coordination of the project's many activities. You will be the link between project management, clinicians, management, suppliers, and partners, helping to ensure that the project moves forward.
Your task
The position is for you who is motivated by a busy everyday life with great variation and many points of contact.
You will be responsible for creating an overview, coordinating activities, and supporting the project's management with everything from meeting preparation and documentation to following up on decisions and deliveries.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the project's meetings, workshops, and activities
- Preparing agendas, minutes, and decision proposals
- Following up on agreements, deliveries, and deadlines
- Supporting the project's planning, reporting, and documentation
- Coordinating collaboration between the project's many stakeholders
- Contributing to internal communication and informational material
- Supporting the project manager and project leaders in the daily project management.

- Have experience with project coordination or larger development projects
- Work in a structured manner and maintain an overview
- Are a strong written communicator
- Are proactive and see tasks through to completion
- Thrive with many collaborative relationships and a broad contact surface
- Have good digital skills.
Experience from the healthcare sector is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You will be part of an engaged project secretariat, where you will have a central role in the daily execution of a project with great significance for the entire Greenlandic Health Service.
The project coordinator reports to the project manager.
The workplace is the secretariat for the Project Future EPJ System at Queen Ingrid's Hospital in Nuuk.

Housing
Housing will be provided according to the rules applicable in the Greenlandic Health Service at any given time.
Salary and employment
Salary and employment conditions, including the right to relocation and departure travel and moving of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.
For the right qualified candidate with experience, employment, after specific assessment, may occur on special consultant terms or chief consultant terms.

If you are not a Nordic citizen, please note that employment is contingent upon a valid residence and work permit. A residence and work permit can only be applied for upon agreed employment.
