KNI A/S is seeking a structured, experienced, and dedicated engineer or building constructor for a position as project manager in the Construction Department under the Goods Division in Sisimiut. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction and building projects, as well as collaborating with client advisors and contractors to ensure professional maintenance and development of KNI's buildings.

KNI A/S is looking for a structured, experienced, and committed engineer or building constructor for a position as project manager in the Construction Department under the Goods Division in Sisimiut, to start as soon as possible or by mutual agreement.
About the position
As a project manager, you will be a central part of the Construction Department, responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing construction and building projects. You will work closely with client advisors, contractors, and internal partners to ensure professional maintenance and development of KNI's buildings.
In the first approximately six months, there will be a special focus on a larger insurance project, where you will be responsible for carrying out specific tasks related to KNI's insurance claims.
The project manager will report to the technical manager.
As a project manager, your tasks will be:

Handle urgent matters and coordinate efforts with contractors.
Has a relevant education as an engineer, construction designer, or equivalent. In addition, we emphasize that you:

Has experience with construction management, project management, and civil engineering projects.
Building technology, fire safety, building regulations, authority requirements, and technical documentation.
