KNI A/S is looking for an area manager for the goods division in Narsarsuaq. Tasks include ordering and receiving goods, customer service, staff care, and operational supervision. Requirements: commercial education, experience in store management and personnel management. Offers salary according to agreement, housing, and relocation travel.
KNI A/S is seeking a regional manager for the merchandise division in Narsarsuaq, starting on August 15, 2026, or by further agreement.
The area manager reports to the grocer.
As area manager, your tasks will be:

Arrange activities in collaboration with the local shopkeeper.

Ordering goods, receiving goods, putting the goods on the shelves and shelf edges.

Secure date control, disposal, and tax refund

Ensure that the store is ready for sale.

Customer and staff care

Substitute for the grocer in their absence

Operational supervision of the store's and warehouses' refrigeration and freezing.

Ad hoc tasks

Is commercially trained
-
Has knowledge of retail operations and warehouse functions.

Is familiar with the assortment in the retail sector.

Is service-minded and flexible in a busy retail everyday life.

Has solid experience in personnel management

Has a driver's license for both truck and car.

Salary: In accordance with the agreement between KNI A/S and SIK

Provides housing, for which a deposit and rent, utilities, etc. are paid according to applicable regulations.
