Working conditions and professionalism
We are a workplace that values community and well-being highly. Therefore, we have developed clear guidelines for the framework of therapy, which protects our employees from burnout and ensures a consistently high quality of psychotherapy. This means, among other things, that one should only have 20 active clients at a time, and that it is not expected to have more than 3 psychotherapeutic sessions a day. In addition, we have of course allocated time for both training and supervision during working hours.
To maintain the sense of community in our fantastic team, we have established regular meeting agreements for internal knowledge sharing, internal supervision, a book club, and well-being time. In addition, the entire team meets across Greenland for gatherings where we work on the development of the organization and go on a staff outing together. Once a year, each department also goes on a staff outing together.
To ensure that we always provide the optimal treatment to our clients, each employee has good opportunities for individual external supervision and further education of their choice.
