Børnehaven Arnarsiaq i Ilulissat søger en leder til at arbejde ud fra politisk målsætning for børn og ungeområdet i Avannaata Kommunia. Lederen skal sikre kvalitetsløft af personalets kompetencer, introducere nye pædagogiske metoder og sikre en tryg daginstitution for børn, forældre og personale.

Opgaver og ansvar:

Arbejde ud fra politisk målsætning for børn og ungeområdet i Avannaata Kommunia
-
Kvalitetsløft af personalets faglige og personlige kompetencer gennem interne og eksterne temadage, faglige aktiviteter og kurser
-
Introducere nye pædagogiske arbejdsmetoder
-
Sikre en forsvarlige og tryg daginstitution for børn, forældre og personale
-
Udarbejde informationspjece om daginstitutionen
-
Arbejde målbevidst med nye tanker og politikker
-
Dagligt tæt samarbejde med souschef
Egenskaber:

Uddannet pædagog
-
Erfaring med personaleledelse og administration i en daginstitution
-
Være ansvarsbevist, have overblik og evne til indlevelse og omstilling.

Kunne klare stress situationer, og være fleksibel, samarbejdsvillig, imødekommende og stabil
-
Fysisk og psykisk godt helbred, og et åbent og glad humør
-
Være indstillet på at arbejde ud fra daginstitutionens målsætning og handleplaner
Løn og ansættelsesforhold:
Løn og ansættelsesforhold, sker i henhold til den på tiltrædelsestidspunktet gældende overenskomst mellem Naalakkersuisut og den forhandlingsberettigede organisation.
Der anvises bolig til stillingen.
Ansættelse sker under forudsætning af tilfredsstillende straffeattester, denne indhentes af arbejdsgiveren hos Rigspolitiet efter ansøgerens underskrift.
