2 Nursing Educators

2 Nursing educators are sought for the Peqqissaanermik Ilinniarfik.

Are you interested in helping to educate skilled nursing professionals and have a passion for teaching and guidance? If so, you might be the one we are looking for at the Nursing School.

We are looking for a colleague who can teach with us at our vocational school. You will be teaching in various areas such as care, health and nursing, pedagogy, psychology, ergonomics, etc.

The start date is August 1, 2026.

You can expect the following tasks:

• Teaching in our programs
• Coordination tasks
• Guidance in assignment writing
• Collaboration with internship sites
• Planning and development tasks

• Great independence in the work tasks.
• Professional and pedagogical challenges with learning and competence development in a multicultural environment
• Teaching environment in beautiful surroundings
• Engaged and motivated colleagues

• Nurse
• Further education (possibility of employment on dispensation)
• Preferably teaching experience but not a requirement.
• Willingness and ability to engage in a developing collaboration with students and colleagues
• Bilingual (Greenlandic/Danish)

Salary and employment conditions, including the right to travel for joining and leaving, as well as relocation of personal belongings, in accordance with the agreement/collective agreement applicable at the time of commencement between the Government of Greenland and the relevant negotiating organization.

Housing

No staff housing is provided for the position. If an applicant already has staff housing through employment in the Self-Government, the right to the assigned staff housing is retained. The staff housing is linked to the employment relationship and must be vacated upon termination of the employment relationship.
