Royal Arctic Line is looking for a skilled and service-minded canteen manager for the canteen in Sisimiut. You will be responsible for daily staff management, shift planning, canteen administration, and menu planning. We expect you to have industry experience, management experience, work in a structured manner, and be committed.

Royal Arctic Line is looking for a skilled and service-minded cafeteria manager for the cafeteria in Sisimiut, who will ensure good service to the cafeteria's users. The cafeteria in Sisimiut plays an important role in the daily lives of employees at the port, and as the cafeteria manager, you will help shape the operation of the cafeteria and its administration.
Areas of responsibility:

Daily staff management and shift planning

Operation of the canteen's administration, including cash handling and accounting.

Planning of the cafeteria's menu and purchases
-
Ensure a clean and orderly environment and that the employees are familiar with the work procedures.

Collaboration with the cafeteria committee and the port chairman and manager
We expect that you:

Have experience in the industry
-
Has management experience – but it is not a requirement

Works in a structured manner
-
Can motivate your team in a sometimes busy everyday life.

Is committed and service-minded

Has knowledge of IT at the user level
